Our team consists of Legal Assistants, Law Clerks, Office Support Staff, an Administrative Staff and a Director of Community Relations.
Our support team brings with them a great deal of experience and education to help our clients. The Legal Assistants provide the support to file legal documents timely, keep files organized, answer non-legal questions, and keep our clients informed of their case status. Our Law Clerks research and prepare various legal documents under the guidance of an attorney, organize documents brought in by our clients and are necessary to their case, prepare and organize discovery documents, and support our attorneys and each other. Our Office Support Staff keeps our clients’ files up-to-date and assists the Legal Assistants/Law Clerks in photocopying, and preparing hearing packets, and filing, among other office skills. They are all here to greet you and make your experience at Hoover ♦ Krepelka, LLP as positive and pleasant as is possible.
Hoover Krepelka’s Administrative staff Support Team consists of our Office Manager, Assistant Office Manager, Accounts Manager, Administrative Assistant and Director of Community Relations.
Our Office Manager and Assistant Office Manager are responsible for the day to day running of our firm. The Office Manager utilizes resources and experience to ensure that the firm maintains its high standards necessary for its continued success and to ensure our Support Staff runs smoothly and that our clients will be taken care of professionally.
The Accounts Manager is available to assist with all aspects of client accounts as well as to help answer any billing questions you may have. the Office Manager with all aspects of a client’s account. The Accounts Manager is here to help you with, and keep you apprised of, your account as well as answer any billing questions you may have.
The Administrative Assistant is usually the first point of client contact and performs various tasks that enable our firm to run smoothly. The Administrative Assistant will assist the Support Team and the Office Managers as needed.
Hoover Krepelka, LLP is unique in having a Director of Community Relations as a resource to help support our attorneys in matching trusted advisors who serve as key resources for our clients during the divorce process. The Director of Community Relations actively participates in community events, non-profits (including Domestic Violence intervention organizations), strategic partnerships, outreach and networking to help keep our trusted advisor list up to date, and to ensure our firm is offering vetted, and highly specialized expert referrals in regards to supplemental financial services, real estate, estate planning and other legal specializations as needed on a case-by-case basis.
