Ms. Jill M. Blake-Burke graduated magna cum laude from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a double minor in History and Sociology. While at SDSU, Ms. Blake-Burke was a member of the Women's Club Soccer Team, winning a National Championship in 2006.
A Bay Area native, Ms. Blake-Burke returned to Northern California and received her Juris Doctorate degree from Santa Clara University School of Law where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and received numerous awards for academic excellence. Ms. Blake-Burke was also a Technical Editor on the Journal of International Law. She is a member of the Honors Societies Phi Beta Kappa and the Order of the Coif.
During law school, Ms. Blake-Burke was a judicial intern in the family division at the Santa Clara County Superior Court. She was also an intern at the Santa Clara County Public Defender's Office. Ms. Blake-Burke joined Hoover Krepelka in 2012 as an associate attorney. In 2015, she was promoted to Senior Associate attorney and in August 2020 Ms. Blake-Burke was promoted to Of Counsel.
In her free time, Ms. Blake-Burke enjoys coaching high school mock trial, watching the San Francisco Giants, running, golfing, and playing soccer.
